Crash Slider Installation Guide

Installation is usually straightforward with basic tools. If fitment is unclear, pause and ask us before tightening.

    Preparation

    • Confirm the product matches your bike model and year.
    • Lay out all hardware and check thread lengths before mounting.
    • Stabilize the bike on a stand before removing factory bolts.

    Install and tighten

    • Install one side at a time to avoid shifting mounts.
    • Hand-thread bolts first; do not force threads.
    • Tighten to manufacturer torque specs for your bike.

    Post-install checks

    • Confirm no interference with controls, chain or brake components.
    • Re-check bolt tightness after first ride.

    Axle Sliders

Attach slider to one end of mounting bar and insert rod through hollow axle. If necessary drill 10mm hole through axle bolt end caps.

Attach slider onto other end of mounting bar, centralize slider on axle and tighten.

Now smile 'cos your ride is protected by BIG KNOBS.

    Footpeg Sliders

Position peg slider centrally on underside of peg and fit hook bolt over peg mid bar then fit and tighten bolts. Now hook into corners at insane angles without your pegs wearing away on the bitumen !!!!

    Pickup Sliders

Bolt onto pickup points on swingarm - Stick your race stand under it and get it up with BIG KNOBS

    Bar End Sliders

Trim ends of hand grips and throttle tube so there is clearance for bar ends. Push bar end sliders into bars making sure there is sufficient clearance not to foul free throttle movement. Then tighten and check throttle free movement.

Now get out there and try not to crash - it hurts sometimes !!!
